Sealed bidding

Sealed means sealed.

Supplier responses stay locked until the deadline passes. The deadline is enforced on the server, not on trust, and every bid opens at the same moment for a fair, defensible process.

Server-enforced deadline

Nobody on the buyer side can open a bid early. Late submissions are refused automatically.

Fingerprinted submissions

Each submitted bid is versioned and fingerprinted, so you can prove exactly what was received and when.

Suppliers never see each other

Competing suppliers are fully isolated: their answers, files and questions are private.

Questions

About Sealed bidding

Can a supplier change their bid?

Yes, until the deadline. Each resubmission creates a new version and the history is kept.
