This policy applies to everyone who uses TenderLock, including buyers and suppliers.
You must not
- use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or in breach of procurement rules that apply to you;
- attempt to access another organisation's data, another supplier's bid, or any sealed submission before the deadline;
- collude with other suppliers, or use the Service to rig bids or share pricing;
- upload malware, or content you have no right to share;
- include hidden instructions in documents intended to manipulate AI analysis or scoring;
- probe, scan or test the Service's security without our written permission;
- overload the Service, scrape it, or resell access;
- send unsolicited bulk invitations to people who have no connection to a genuine tender.
What we may do
We may remove content, suspend users or close accounts that breach this policy, and we may report suspected crime to the relevant authorities. Report suspected misuse through our contact page.
