These terms apply to organisations invited to respond to a tender on TenderLock (Suppliers), together with the Terms and conditions.
1. Free to respond
Suppliers do not pay to receive invitations, ask clarification questions or submit bids.
2. Your submission
- Sealing: your bid is sealed until the buyer's deadline and is not visible to other suppliers at any time.
- Changes: you may revise and resubmit before the deadline. Each version is kept.
- Deadline: submissions after the deadline are refused. Allow time for uploads.
- Accuracy: you are responsible for the accuracy of your submission.
3. The buyer's process
Each tender is run by the buyer organisation, which sets the requirements, deadlines and evaluation criteria and makes the award decision. TenderLock is not a party to the procurement or any resulting contract.
4. AI analysis
Buyers may use AI features to check submissions against their published requirements. Findings are reviewed by the buyer, who remains responsible for every decision.
5. Confidentiality
Tender documents may be confidential. Use them only to prepare your response.
