Our principles
Human accountability
The AI never publishes a tender, scores a bid or awards a contract. People do, and their name is on it.
Evidence before assertion
Every finding links to the exact source it is based on. When there is no evidence, the answer is "unknown".
Published rules only
Bids are judged only against the criteria suppliers were given. No hidden AI criteria.
Sealed means sealed
Bids are locked on the server until the deadline. Competing suppliers are fully isolated.
Audit by design
An append-only ledger records every material event, AI run and human decision.
Provenance by design
For each AI output we record the model, the sources it used and what a person did with it.
AI safety guard
Suppliers cannot trick the AI marker
A supplier might hide a line in a bid, even in white text, telling the AI to score it highly. TenderLock treats supplier content as evidence to judge, never as instructions. Hidden instructions are stripped out before the AI reads a bid, the document is tagged AI instructions removed, and the attempt is recorded in the audit trail so the buyer knows.
